This unusual-sounding breakfast combo is crazy addicting, and only uses 5 ingredients!
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a small bowl, add hot sauce and ghee to shredded chicken breast. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk eggs. Add sweet potato and whisk until relatively smooth (there might be some sweet potato clumps, but that’s fine). Finally, add the chicken and stir to incorporate.
- Pour into a loaf pan. Drizzle with additional hot sauce if desired and bake for 30-40 minutes or until eggs are cooked through.
