Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup almond milk (or other nut milk)
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/4 heaping tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 heaping tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 heaping tsp cardamom
  • 1/8 heaping tsp clove
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla OR 1 inch of a vanilla bean
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder (optional – omit for strict paleo/Whole30)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
