Chocolate Cherry Almond Butter Blondies

  1. Prehead oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper. (This is like, crucial. They are sticky!)
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, add almond butter, egg, vanilla, and maple syrup. Stir until combined. Next, add coconut sugar and baking soda. Mix well.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped cherries.
