- 2 c basil
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 1/4 c macadamia oil
- 1/3 c macadamia nuts
- Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender
- Blend until all ingredients are combined. It probably won’t get smooth, but totally green and kind of chunky (see the picture for texture reference).
If you’d like to really push that macadamia flavor, just use all macadamia oil and no olive oil. You go-getter you.
