- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Arrange salmon in a 9 X 9 baking dish. Depending on the size of your salmon filet, you may need a larger baking dish. The salmon should fit pretty snugly without overlapping. Sprinkle generously with salt.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together ghee, maple syrup, mustard, and coconut aminos. Pour over salmon.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
