Description
This zesty mustard chive vinaigrette is the perfect salad dressing for all your summer salads. It’s gluten free, paleo, and vegan.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon stone-ground mustard
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Mix apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, stone-ground mustard, and chives in a jar.
- Gradually add olive oil while whisking to emulsify the vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and store in the fridge until use.
Notes
I prefer my salad dressings to be punchy and tangy, but if you find it overpowering you can add more olive oil!
