Smoked Salmon and Goat Cheese Pesto Pizza

Yields: 6 slices



  1. Make crust according to directions in the cookbook (Every Last Crumb)
  2. Preheat oven to 400
  3. Add ingredients for the Cilantro Pesto to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth
  4. Spread pesto on prepared crust, then add distribute smoked salmon and goat cheese on top
  5. Bake for 14-16 minutes
