Only a few days remain in the year, which means it’s time to recap with the Top 10 Recipes of 2018 on Do You Even Paleo!
This is my way of looking back on the year, peeking at what went well, and letting that guide me into the new year.

First, the stats!
Recipes Posted: 71
Hot damn. I added over 100,000 pageviews this year over last year. To some people, that may not be that big of a deal, but to me that’s insane.
I posted 31% MORE new recipes in 2018 than 2017. And that doesn’t include all the taco recipes I packed into my free taco e-book!
Because you have to dig into Google Analytics to find these stats, it’s easy to skip on by these accomplishments without a glance. Until I saw the stats myself, I wouldn’t have thought my traffic improved much in 2018… But gosh, was I wrong.
To say I doubled down on the blog this year is an understatement.
Looking ahead to 2019
I can confidently say that 2019 will be different around here.
Well, there’s going to be a little more of that in 2019.
Recipes still have my heart, but I’m slowly realizing that I have more I want to say. I’ve drafted SO many posts that I’ve never shared because I feel nervous penning anything that’s not food-related. In 2019, I’m making a push out of my comfort zone.
Top 10 Recipes of 2018
Plantain patties jumped from #5 on the list last year to #1 this year! Can’t argue — these patties are one of the quickest and easiest ways to use plantains. Get the recipe here.
